SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once ordered we will strive to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email to confirm this.

Shipped Orders All orders will be fulfilled through one of our courier partners, delivery is usually 48 hours. If you are not in when delivery is due the driver will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe space. Failing this a card will be left with details to rearrange your delivery. Should delivery fail again and the parcel be returned to us we will contact you to arrange delivery again. In this circumstance a further standard delivery charge may be required to resend your order. Standard Shipping is £5,50 per order. Shipping to UK mainland addresses is free on all orders over £50.

Cancellations. You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. If you have received goods from us, they must be returned in their original resalable condition, well packaged and at your own expense. We will refund the original cost of your order if these conditions are met. We’re sorry but personalised goods can not be returned or refunded unless the goods supplied are faulty.

Please note that by law we are not permitted to leave any alcoholic goods with any person unable to provide proof that they are over 18. Deliveries must be accepted by a person aged 18 or over. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the age or identity of the recipient is in doubt.

We are a small team and during busy periods it may not always be possible to deliver your order within our expected time frame. We ask that you bear with us in such a situation and if there is a particular known delay you will be contacted with a new estimated delivery date.
