Brewers Progress - 4.6% abv Premium Bitter
A full bodied smooth premium bitter with enough bitterness to compliment the full rounded malt flavours. A mixture of UK and other European hop varieties which give a traditional finish.

Lady Evelyn - 4.1% abv Pale Blonde
Made with a single type of malt, this ale has a very pale yellow hue. It gets a generous hop addition which lifts the delicate malt flavours leaving a crisp, dry lingering finish.

The Hanged Monk - 3.8% abv Mild
A traditional dark red/brown mild.. We use a blend of hops that gives a subtle bitterness and complements the malt flavours to give a smooth well rounded ale.

Black Moth - 7.6% abv Double Chocolate Stout
A rich dark double stout.. It takes as much malt in a half brew than a full brew of a standard beer! It’s a very powerful brew and needs the 7.6% abv to cut through its rich full flavour.

Lazy Summer - 4.3% abv Wheat Beer
A great pale, fruity beer with a natural wheat haze with added citrus. We’ve kept the bitterness low to enhance the spicy, peppery notes obtained from the special blend of yeast  Usually available from June to August

Crackle - 6.5% abv Spiced Winter Ale

Hey Pesto! - 4.3% abv Basil Infused Golden Ale
Brewed as a one off experiment. A Golden Ale base infused with fresh basil and black pepper. Left with a robust basil flavour, some bitterness and a zing on the tongue.

Sundown - 3.9% abv Ruby Bitter
A ruby coloured bitter, gentle toffee caramel malt flavours topped off with fruity hops notes. Smooth and satisfying.

Indian Hill - 6.5% abv India Pale Ale
A contemporary take on a time honoured classic. This is a proper IPA, lots of hop classic character but finishing with a powerful citrus/grapefruit  burst. Crisp and clear.

Our first try of a gluten free beer. A base of gluten free cereals brewed as a proper real ale. 1st brew went well with some lovely flavours. Too small a brew to be commercially available yet but this will make it on to the occasional list in the near future.
